On the afternoon of February 9, the grand 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Ceremony of Changsha BETO Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held. Themed "Striving for IPO with High Spirits, United in Hard Work to Write a New Chapter", the ceremony brought together commended employees, all staff of the Sales Center, after-sales service personnel, supervisors and above management, as well as distinguished guests. Together, they reviewed the striving journey of 2025, commended outstanding role models, and mapped out the development blueprint for 2026.
The ceremony kicked off warmly with an elegant and classical opening dance. The Chairman of the company took the stage to deliver a New Year speech. First, he extended sincere blessings and heartfelt gratitude to all BETO colleagues, overseas front-line employees who stuck to their posts during the Spring Festival, as well as employees’ families, customers, intermediaries and friends from all walks of life who have strongly supported the company’s development.
Chairman Zhou Bin comprehensively reviewed the company’s development in 2025. Faced with the dual pressures of domestic economic downturn, intensified industry competition, complex international geopolitics and rising trade barriers, BETO broke through against the trend and forged ahead courageously, delivering an impressive performance: sales revenue and collections increased by 20% compared with 2024; the lifting wire saw machine was successfully launched and well received by the market; the quality of traditional wire saws and drilling tools was steadily improved; production efficiency and automation level were greatly enhanced, with per capita output value rising by more than 20% year on year. The company successfully completed equity incentive, shareholding system reform, introduction of strategic investment and application for listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). It also won a host of major honors, including the National Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New "Little Giant" Enterprise, Hunan Provincial Quality Benchmark Enterprise, Provincial Technology Center and National Green Factory. Meanwhile, the Chairman objectively analyzed the company’s shortcomings in technological leadership, product quality, production efficiency and management informatization, and clarified that the company should adopt a prudent attitude to address external uncertainties in 2026, anchor core goals and strive to tackle key problems.
In his speech, the Chairman officially outlined the development goals for 2026: sales revenue and profit to increase by more than 30% compared with 2025, per capita sales revenue to rise by over 30%, and completion of NEEQ listing. He called on all BETO staff to unite as one, strengthen confidence, act with diligence and pragmatism, and sprint towards the annual goals and the IPO journey.
Afterwards, the First Domestic Trade Department presented a passionate chorus Steeds Gallop to Defend the Frontier, officially kicking off the award session. The ceremony grandly commended outstanding employees and teams across all fields, including sales, production, R&D, safety, 7S, TPM, informatization and management, paying tribute to every BETO striver who sticks to their posts and dedicates themselves to work.
During the award presentation, wonderful cultural performances were staged one after another, bringing an audio-visual feast to the audience on-site and via online live broadcast. The grand finale lucky draw brought continuous surprises and repeated climaxes, pushing the atmosphere of the venue to its peak.
